Khas Khas, or white poppy seeds, have a subtle, pleasantly nutty sweetness. Their fine texture makes them exceptional for thickening korma-style gravies when soaked and ground. Hygienically packed by House of Charly.
Soak in warm water for 30 minutes, then grind to a paste to thicken Nawabi korma and shahi paneer. Toast and scatter over naan for a delicate crunch, or blend with coconut and sugar for sweet fillings.
