Sabja, or basil seeds, are small black seeds that expand into a cool, translucent jelly when soaked for a few minutes. Sourced and hygienically packed by House of Charly with no additives.
Soak in water for 10–15 minutes and stir into sherbets, lemonades, falooda or lassi. They are a classic addition to rose milk sharbat and work equally well in chilled desserts like phirni.
